Connecting non-browser enabledevices: Game Consoles, Streaming devices, Google Home and Amazon Devices

To connect these type of devices you will need to locate the MAC address of the device you wish to enable. The MAC address is a 12 character address that can be found in the settings screens of your device. It is often printed on the bottom of the device. Please contact the device manufacturer if you need assistance locating this information. You can now add your MAC address in the client portal. Connect to http://www.nationalwi-fi.com and click “Manage My Account” at the top. Once signed in select the “Manage Account” option. Click on “Add and attach a new service” and select MAC Authentication from the drop-down menu. Enter your MAC address and comment of what type of device in the provided fields.
